The mechanic was communicative, honest, and fast when I took my car in for service at Thunderbolt with engine troubles. He clearly conveyed his diagnosis and emphasized waiting on my blessing before servicing it at the price quoted, which is unfortunately not always the case with mechanics. Brought my car in the late afternoon and got it back the next morning. I was given further written advice for maintenance I should perform.
