Such nice people and they explain everything to you in detail! I appreciated how good they are at communicating via email as well! They fixed a bunch of issues and my car is driving like new
I would highly recommend Thunderbolt! I had to get a lot of work done on my car, and the mechanic took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions. Offered very fair prices as well! Overall, a great experience!
Great place, the owner knows what he's talking about and is always happy to explain to you exactly whats going on with your vehicle. They're very open and honest about how they work. I've gone in a couple of times now and each time I've felt very impressed both with how they treat customers (taking the time to explain things, genuinely just decent people too) and with their service.
In the multiple states I’ve lived in, José and his team are the best mechanics I’ve encountered. The level of transparency and care they have is unmatched. I can’t overstate how refreshing it is to see folks operating in a male dominated industry willing and happy to take the time to thoughtfully and thoroughly explain the identified repairs and the work needed to go into them (all without any condescension in sight!).
