Phyllis was very helpful & informative while we were planning our trip. Even with a change in our agenda, she was able to work out all the details for us to still enjoy our trip! The tours that were booked were very nice also! Breakfast included in every hotel was a plus! All of our hotels were within walking distance of transportation just as I had asked. Overall, a great experience with wonderful memories that were made!
I usually book my own travel but this trip was very last-minute and finding the best deal and the most favorable itinerary was becoming frustrating and tedious, so I decided (for the first time in my life) to try a travel agency.
