Went for lunch today and it was only about 25% capacity and our family of 5 finally after 20 minutes ordered a western burger that was missing the bbq sauce, French dip and forgot to bring the ranch for the fries, a build your own omelet that was supposed to have bacon, sausage, tomato, mushrooms, and mozzarella. It didn't have any mushrooms and never brought the English muffins ordered, a patty melt that was so overcooked and dry that I had to request a fry sauce to make it edible and the onion ring portions were very light... read more
We are long time customers but no more. 1/2 hour wait and still no lunch even tho restaurant not busy. My husband did get his cup of soup but it was cold. We did get our diet coke and iced tea. Cook took 3 tickets ahead of ours. We finally cancelled the order. A better restaurant would have at least comped us the drinks! Your food is good but the service is horrible.
Has what I want at a better price. Love the cigar lounge.
My husband had his birthday celebration there and rented the room in the cigar lounge. I am a nonsmoker and I love the exhaust system that is in the room! I didn't have a severe reaction to all the smoke with all his friends smoking in the room. The wait staff was wonderful! She was very attentive even though everyone kept coming in and overwhelming her a little. She even asked if my husband's service dog needed some water! Awesome personal touch!
