Nice Lil park.
One of the tightest sites I've ever parked my 5th wheel into. With the slides out, I have 3 inches between my rig and my neighbor's power pedestal, and 6 inches to the pedestal for my site. My steps almost come down on my neighbor's sewer hose. The park's entrance is very hard to find on the busy street. It looks like you are pulling into the parking lot of a vehicle service shop or the radio station next door.
