THE MOST unprofessional “resort” i have ever seen. My family has a time share and we were supposed to get a 3 bedroom unit. They give us a 1 bed. I also had other staying at the resort with me and they were able to get working keys after putting their name on the room. They then call me later in the night saying they cant do that and then CANCEL the room keys for my friends so they couldnt get in the room when i wasnt in there. WHO IN THE WORLD DOES THAT?
