Great location to grand canyon events planned. My wife and I payed for a room with a view. We prepaid $554.43 cash. When we arrived, the front dest stated its partial view, not full. We asked for an explanation. The clerk stated full view is over $1k. They definitely got us there. The partial view, and full view is not worth the money. We recieved room 6237 ( partial view per clerk but view at purchase). When getting the room, it smelled as if there exists a pile of dog poop at our entrance to the room. Great room, very affordable for being right on the South Rim, steps from the edge. Gorgeous view out our room window. Clean room with everything working fine. Near the shuttle transportation as well as some great restaurants (El Tovar and Arizona Steakhouse were where we ate). Would highly recommend.
