Guess I'll get my own The sales staff is AMAZING in all departments. If you're looking to buy a bike, talk to Bam, Andrew, Floyd or Ivy. They are pretty much all amazing there. Motor clothes is GREAT too. Where else can you go in one time and they remember your name next time your there? We got a bike that was not mechanically sound and were told different things by different people who said they knew what the issue was. They resolved the issue to their satisfaction and PARTIALLY mine. I can't say I'm happy with this resolut... read more
Super Harley Store On our trip to New Mexico this year we stopped at the Albuquerque Harley store. Sort of missed the "old school" feel of the older downtown store, but times change, and Harley stores change with the times. This is a fancy store with all the bells and whistles and they had a nice selection of T-shirts for my Harley T-shirt addicted husband
That guy deserves a raise! I went into Harley in Albuquerque during their rush, the lines were long, they looked under-staffed. I was just looking for a paper gasket and an o-ring, and I was hoping to get some fork oil, as I have some bike repair experience from my grandfather. The lines were barely moving, and then a charming young man from the warehouse came and met my gaze. I never caught his actual name, just "O-DOG." This kid was smart, quick, and had me outta there in a flash. He ran back to the warehouse and returned ... read more
