Ten weeks ago, I hired Thunderbird Glass to repair a broken window and screen. I gave them a $200 deposit. I am still waiting for them to complete the work. This is the first time in 30 years that I have hired a contractor and paid a large (44%) deposit, only to have him fail to complete the job.
