I gave them a 5 star but I have been trying to call to make an appointment for nearly 2 weeks. I have left several messages and never gotten a call back. Are they even still open, do they have enough clients they don’t want more, or do they just not return calls? I want to believe in them and they came highly recommended but I haven’t gotten a chance to even talk to anyone.

I’ve been to Thunderbird Beauty Lounge several times now for facials with Kindall. She’s incredibly sweet, professional, explains the options in detail, and offers suggestions if needed. The location is adorable right in downtown Ozark on the square. The shop smells amazing and is decorated so well. I recommend this place!
Tyler is the best in the business when it comes to anything hair! She has completely transformed my hair from death to life. She will not disappoint.
