I have had a 1 km energiser work flawlessly for 4 years and recently purchased a 3 km energiser for a new paddock while at Tocal field days. Unfortunately when I finally got to fixing my Hotwire and installed the unit it would not work ( due to it being old stock with a degraded battery I have found out). I emailed thunderbird directly Tuesday night. I had a reply Wednesday morning and a diagnosis and plan by Wednesday afternoon and a new battery was delivered and installed by Thursday ( today).
