Public warning. Do not hire Thunder Road Mobile Mechanic. Daniel, the owner signed on to replace the alternator in our car. He seemed very legit and did a nice job replacing the part. Then he got stuck in regards to putting the serpentine belt back on. That was yesterday. He was very angry and frustrated and I completely understood that after several hours working in the heat. He left our car unfinished for weeks. Refuses to communicate. Has the only working key to our car. We have to get the authorities involved as he is not answering his phone. When he did answer it was one thing after another. Started out great but has become a disaster for us. Based on this experience, I would not use him. We sent him several texts and multiple voicemails. He has said several times he is coming then no shows and does not communicate.
Super responsive, great guy, and extremely helpful! Glad to have him come out and take a look at my Wagoneer.
Our suv broke down. My friend call this mechanic online. He got the suv back on road again. He is very polite. He knows about the vehicle. Thank you so much for save me for not having a working vehicle.
