Jonathan was great to work with, the car gets a ton of looks. Thanks Thunder Rentals!!!!
I had a great experience renting a car with this company. Jonathan assisted me throughout the process and made everything seamless. He offered me a great price, explained all charges clearly, and was completely honest about the toll fees. What impressed me most was how quickly he refunded the block on my credit card—right on time, with no hassle. Jonathan was professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely rent from them again.
Excellent service! Wonderful people that do know the true meaning of customer service. On my next visit to the city this will be the place to rent a vehicle again,100 % recommend!
