I am satisfied with the service provided; however, I have concerns regarding the scheduling process. I receive text notifications indicating same-day service, often followed within minutes by an alert that the service technician is en route and will arrive shortly. This rapid notification system does not allow adequate time for preparation. I was in in the middle of doing something!
