Great people. Still feeling the workout from day 1 today which was hard but worth it. Looking forward to continuation of cross fit and pushing my body more in new areas. What made me choose this gym, was the kindness and helpfulness of Jenny as well as Dakotah. Jenny helped answer many of my questions before I went in, and made me feel really comfortable with doing the first free workout. Great place to drop in and have a good workout
I recently had the opportunity to complete the age group in affiliate semifinals at Thunder Performance. Doing a competition as a drop in can be daunting but Thor and Jenny were so welcoming I felt like I was in my own gym. Head judge and Floor judge Samantha and Anneliese were two of the most professional CrossFit coaches I have met in my 14 years playing with this sport.
