I recently had the opportunity to complete the age group in affiliate semifinals at Thunder Performance. Doing a competition as a drop in can be daunting but Thor and Jenny were so welcoming I felt like I was in my own gym. Head judge and Floor judge Samantha and Anneliese were two of the most professional CrossFit coaches I have met in my 14 years playing with this sport. I dare anyone to try Thunder Performance. Hard body or brand new to Crossfit (or even fitness in general) you will feel welcome & the workout will challenge you. Scaling is cool . Continue to SHOW UP & you can't help but see & feel results + became part of the family. I've always hated working out, but I LVE this place.

Great fun place to exercise. Great coaching, great programming. They host an Olympic weightlifting meet twice a year. Cleanliness is very good in my opinion. You can tell they are always trying to improve their gym.
