My daughter, Jenna joined TNL in December, 2024 in anticipation for softball season. Her main goal was to improve her strength and speed and TNL delivered! All her performance metrics have increased exponentially. Every instructor is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help in achieving her goals. TNL has been the perfect place to work on strength training while dealing with moderate to severe arthritis in my toes and other joints. Shawn is so knowledgeable and encouraging and helps me build muscle without hurting my joints! TNL is so flexible with my times available each day! My son also loved their program for athletes and learned so much through it! I highly recommend TNL for everyone from beginners to serious athletes!

Training at TnL has been an incredible experience. My son started in January and I started in May 2023 with adult fitness program. The environment is both challenging and comfortable at the same time. There is a ton of support and encouragement allowing me to push myself and still feel safe. Both Shawn and Connor, as well as Gabby and Davis, are very helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable.
