Your company ordered the sand filter. Your company installed the sand filter. It is a Haywood sand filter, I ordered the parts from Haywood. I have not opened the packaging. Haywood and part numbers are on the bags. Top left of picture is the clamp that your company ordered. Plastic, I ordered a stainless steel clamp and the gasket. Since my pool is not running with no gasket I need it repaired asap that is why I ordered the parts.

We cannot say enough about TMP. The gals in the office are so pleasant and addressed our concerns during our first phone call and set up an appt for an est. Troy and Edward arrived as planned and knew immediately what our pump issue was. The part was ordered and within a week they were back and installed the part. As a side note we tried other pool companies and r still waiting for a call back.
Long story shot, 2 months for a pool motor and reason was back ordered. The box & tech said differently. Bottom line is the office did this do to ending their maintenance contract (not cleaning pool but sleeping in driveway)and removed items from pool equipment(chlorine dispenser &auto fill
