I went on a snowmobile tour with my family guided by Daisha. We had never had a reason to even touch a snowmobile before and she made us very comfortable. Within our time slot, we did more than we expect to and she worked with our capabilities very well along the way. 10 out of 10 experience.
We definetly recommend Thunder Mountain snowmobiling, it is a MUST!! The staff is patient and very sweet! DEJA was our guide and she was amazing, Thank you very much for this amazing experience guys. We will come back again! Oh and at the end Deja gave us HOT CHOCOLATE!! That was a sweet treat.
An Epic Adventure! Our cabin had everything we need and with a lovely view of Ward Lake. Jeff is a great host! He was a great guide on our snowmobile adventure. He's fun, knowledgeable and very skilled! We've stayed at other lodges in the area but Thunder Mountain Lodge stands out above the rest! Jeff and his family's hospitality was warm and welcoming. went on the three hour snowmobiling tour with my family (all adults) in mid-March none of us had ever snowmobiled before; our guide Daisha was great at teaching us the basics of what to do and was knowledgeable about the local fauna and geographic features even though the amount of snow was less than typical for the area this time of year we had a lot of fun riding and seeing the scenery and all 4 of us are open to snowmobiling more in the future after this experience
This place is consistently the best spot on the Mesa. The rooms are comfy, rustic mountain cabins, warm and perfect for a nice weekend escape. The snowmobile tour is epic, Jeff knows what he is doing, keeping us safe and showing us an absolutely epic time. Good prices, easy access, superb customer service, we will be here every year.
