I had phone appointments , but every time I called it felt really rushed and like I was being brushed off quickly. The sessions never felt long enough, especially for how much this stuff costs. I just didn’t feel genuinely cared about or listened to, so personally I wouldn’t go back through them.
I’m typically not one to leave a review— Honestly the best massage I’ve had so far. Kristyna was clear and communicative but also kept everything really calm and relaxing. Perfect pressure, so kind and welcoming, and you can tell how knowledgeable she is. I left feeling amazing.
The links in the emails didn’t take me to the right places. Super difficult to reach anyone regarding changing the date of my appointment. Called a dozen times and left messages three different days. When I finally did speak to someone he was so rude and talked to me like I’m an idiot. Just canceled instead of rescheduling. Got a “sorry you feel that way” instead of sorry we made you feel that way from the owner.
