I had a problem not documented in videos anywhere regarding the Galvo corrections needed. Chris in customer support responded very quickly and made recommendations of possible causes and corrections. He got me up and running quickly. !!!!!
Rhonda is great to work with. She has a wealth of knowledge about Thunder lasers. She is also easy to contact. Write her an email and she answers promptly the same day.
Thunder Lasers are truly the best! I have used multiple brands of large laser engravers and cutters (Trotec, etc), and Thunder is the easiest to use and teach in a makerspace or college lab environment. Lightburn is better than the software on the other lasers, and the Thunder Laser USA team support is friendly and top-notch. I would recommend Thunder to anyone.
