I bought the best tuner on the market at the time thundermax. After less than 10 years and 12000 miles it decided to go out. I tried their troubleshooting and even sent it off for repair and all they did was blame my bike on the issues. I explained the intermittent issues and all the erroneous codes and it was all my bike. Even though all the issues I explained and tested to show that it wasn’t my bike. I could never talk to a real person it was all email.
