You're not going to get someone on the phone in the moment. but if you follow their suggestions on how to put in a claim or ask for support, they are VERY quick to help. I sent my 2 year old unit in for service because it quit but AFTER running through their suggested troubleshooting. They were very quick to fix and return the unit. come to find out the problem wasn't caused by them. it was an issue on my side that caused a short on one of the connectors. they fixed it and sent it back under warranty VERY quickly.
I emailed them from South Africa, which is on the other side of the world so by the way. I received an immediate response. I sent Isaac my bike performance and he replied within an hour with a modified map which I downloaded onto my Harley's Thundermax. I received better service from the other side of the earth than from within my own country. Well done chaps! PV
I have had nothing but issues with this company. First off trying to get in contact with them is a ridiculous option. No one answers the phone at any extension. Second they make empty promises that they in my opinion feels as if they tell you what you want to hear. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for over 6 months now. I'm not going to be a Karen about this but just wanted to express to people what your getting yourself into by purchasing one of these units.
