My husband had a great experience with Lisa at Thunder Hearing in the past so when I started having hearing problems, I recently made an appt with them. Lisa was so efficient and so thorough and put me at ease right away, explaining my hearing loss in detail. She also told me about the levels of expense and different features of hearing aids with no pressure at all to buy the most expensive ones. Dr Nicole was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. She explained the hearing aids including the one I had and explained the hearing test as we went through each phase. I was very impressed.
Dr. Lisa and Dr. Nicole are both wonderful. They answered all of my questions regarding my treatment, and I know they offer best options for hearing aides. The staff including Jen were so helpful. It’s nice to work with an office that legitimately cares about you.
