I love Thunder Hearing Services and Audiologist Lisa Roselli! With Covid and all the masking it became very apparent that I definitely needed help with my hearing. My evaluation was seamless and they took care of all of the insurance paperwork ahead of my appointments. Love my new hearing aids. My quality of life increased by about 3,000 percent and I recommend this place very highly! Update: STILL love Thunder Hearing in 2025!
Dr. Lisa and Dr. Nicole were great. They made sure all my needs were met and they answered all my questions. They were very realistic with my expectations. Jenn at the front desk was very accommodating as well. Always getting me an appointment that worked for me. They really did educate me so I could make the best decision.
Pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. Dr. Geisen was great. She explained everything clearly as we went along, making sure I understood before moving on. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process.
