This gym is the best. Everyone here is so friendly and even at its busiest i’m never waiting for machines or racks. The owner is very involved and has fostered a great community.
I believe this is their third location, but I have to say it is my favorite so far. While all of them are great This specific location is extremely convenient for me. The gym is extremely clean (The manager must be military). I really appreciate the location of the machines and work out equipment. It makes it easy to put in a good super set without too much downtime. The trainers and staff are all very respectful and clean cut. This is the best gym I’ve ever been to. Real gym with combat sports equipment also. Plus coach Alonso, pro MMA fighter trains out of this gym.
