Great gym.
Ryan is the best trainer in the Bay! I started my fitness journey a few years before I met Ryan. I didn't train with him the first time around, but in 2020, after one interaction with him, I knew I wanted to get serious about my fitness goals. Ryan and Thunder Fit were the perfect fit for me! Since that day, I have lost 25 lbs of fat, gained muscle, and gotten toned. I've improved my health and evolved both mentally and physically. All thanks to Ryan and Thunder Fit! I am a living example that he is the best in the valley!
Ryan is a great coach. He is very knowledgeable with his workouts. I have been with him many years. Because of him getting me into shape it was very easy to get back to the gym after my heart surgery. He has a great personality and is always fun to be around.
Amazing staff with a tight knit and friendly fitness focused community. An all round motivating environment dedicated to getting your fitness on!
