I was charged on my card twice for a wash. Total of $22, but the wash apparently was not working. I called the number and left all of the detailed information that was on the greeting. Then I wanted a week and called again. I still have not received a refund or the washes that I paid for.
Just wondering how to get a refund?? Put my money in just as door was shutting for previous customer. I pushed the $10 car wash and was goiung to put in 2 $5 bills but after the first one went in I got back $1 so the $4 went to the other persons car wash. Can you please contact me on how to get a refund?
