I had Oriental Rug Cleaning and Stark Care Carpets come to my house in Oyster Bay to clean my living room and hallway carpets with their steam cleaner. The results were amazing! This crew knows their stuff—carpets, rugs, whatever. Their steam cleaning basically woke up our guest room rug from the dead. Eco-friendly too, which scores points. Only thing: their storefront is kind of a game of hide and seek. Better signs wouldn’t hurt.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They were on time, pleasant to deal with, and worked quickly. My carpets came out cleaner than I expected, especially considering how much use they get. I’ll be calling them again for sure.
Miranda was excellent to work with, responding quickly and arriving on time. They did a great job with the rugs. I’ll recommend and use them again.
Magnolia Jacobson was understanding when I had to reschedule at the last minute. She arrived on time and was quick. The carpets looked great, and her service was less expensive than others. I will definitely use her again!
