Why change the route of 2??????? You don't know how unreliable your bus transit is????? Why you add on a new bus route instead the only one a little bit reliable 2 route and skip the whole academic area ???? There are lots of students and workers reply on the route to go to school and work???? You are making huge trouble to everyone living in the area!!!

So shitty service, some days they will come 2 mins early and never wait on stop and some days they will be 20 mins late even if u try to take one bus early to reach at time on work,, transit needs to work on their schedule and timings, deserve 0 star

I took the Memorial today and got to my stop at May/Southern at 250pm The driver let me off where the drainage section on the road is I am walking with cane so now this was a deeper step for me to get off I had to hold on to the handles on the door to make this step down I had only made the step down when the driver closed the doors which then pushed me into the curb causing me to almost fall The bus took off right away Had I fallen my legs would have been under the bus!!!

Even though there are some good transit drivers, some others are not kind at all and the biggest problem observed is the usual cancellation of buses which annoys the daily passengers. Please try to rectify this issue as soon as possible. Also, some bus drivers departing the buses lot earlier than the scheduled departure time.
