Everyone here has been so sweet and helpful. From the front desk, nurses and doctor. Dr. Melanie gets you everything you need listens and takes her time. For me she made me feel very comfortable. I switched to have her as my permanent doctor and I will be switching my kids to this location as well. Finally some relief that someone hears me.
I recently visited Thunder Bay Community Health in Hillman, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff I interacted with did not seem particularly helpful or knowledgeable, and unfortunately, the wait times were excessively long, making the entire visit quite frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others seeking healthcare services.
Prior to my experience, this place doesn't help people feel better. They misdiagnosed me and disrespected me. It's a huge joke. They don't give a damn about your health. They only want your money.
