I am not sure why they have such a poor rating. I have been going thru some health problems so I have been there a lot lately. They get me in quickly all the staff I have dealt with are great. Got me referrals, appointments for procedures. Never felt rushed, listens to my ideas and are kind and compassionate. Dr. Lemanski has been great and I would highly recommend him and the service for any medical needs.
Very unforthcoming. I have an established PCP here and called over a month ago, expressing mental health concerns. I was told this would be passed to my PCP for a psychiatrist referral. They never got back to me. i relied on this place because Hillman is fairly rural and the obvious lack of care or concern is so diappointing.

have had acceptable service here up until today. at 3:45pm I called the Hillman Clinic to try to get an appointment for my sick 4 year old daughter. Joanna answered the phone and told me they had nothing available. I don't understand all the hate for this place. They have ALWAYS treated me nicely and Got to the bottom of my issues. I will forever recommend this place. Ms Booms And Karma Are great staff members that Truly listen to the issues.
