Hands down the best dentist and support staff I've ever been to. And I'm 56, so I've been to many. I recommend this place to everyone!
You wait on hold through the main line for twenty minutes to make an appointment only to walk in and see three receptionist congrated in one office. When did it get so hard to take care of your own health?
They’ve gotten real good at saying NO ! Was visiting from out of town and every time I called to make an appointment, they would tell me to call in the next day that they have no appointments available. They recommended that I go to McLaren Northern Michigan - Rogers City Family Medicine , which was great cause they took care of me there got me right in to see the doctor .
Not sure why my family and I still try to get an appointment here . Every time we call there . No appointments available. Try to set up an appointment and they tell you to call back the next day . You call the next day no appointments call back tomorrow….. what is going on can’t I get the next available appointment on the calendar. This is the third time I had to go to the Alpena to the walk in clinic . Sorry I am sick and my local clinic can’t help in any form or fashion….looking into an other primary care physician.
I arrived and checked in 5 minutes before my appointment the nurse called me back and took my vitals at the appointment time then told me that the doctor would be coming shortly, after 40 minutes with no sign of anyone coming in I walked out the front desk said they might have time for me if I waited 10 MORE minutes so I left
