The dentist they have here is the best I've had in a long time
Talked to them on the phone was told there was an opening 1.5 hours from when I called.i live 1.5 hours away almost exact. Drove all the way up there in freezing rain. Got there 10 min late because of the freezing rain. And the receptionist tells me they are still working on the 9am appointment and won't have time to getto you because you are late.
As a frustrated daughter, all I’ve ever heard from her is how rude and unprofessional the pharmacy is with my mom. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this pharmacy has made an already difficult situation so much harder. The staff is consistently rude and unhelpful, and every visit feels like a battle just to get prescriptions filled ( Always ALWAYS a fight) There’s no compassion, no clear communication, and they make the whole process far more stressful than it needs to be—especially for someone dealing with cancer and already ... read more
What I Truly don't understand is why management and HR allow employees to be so negative to each other. While I was in room I heard employees completely talk about another patient .. Making fun of them. Totally unacceptable !!!! Then they talked about one of the managers and then other local staff. I just can't believe they were this negative. Never have I ever heard such. Why they let a few ruin a place Ill never understand. Onaway needs this place and people to trust them. How do you trust them. It is like a bunch of hens ... read more
I highly recommend this office, I recently got same day dentures and partial. I have not been able to love my smile in almost a year. I want to thank Prerna Suri because I have a million dollar smile again. Nurses and staff are amazing. I drive 3 1/2 hours so I can come to this dentist. Thank you again for doing such a great job. SURI IS AMAZING AND SO SWEET.
