They deny your card even if you have money in your account. I regularly can't pay my bills with my card because it denys it. When there's money in my account. Their online service is outdated and they don't care about you as a customer
I come into the Chisholm location every once in a while and I ALWAYS ask for Mel. She is always so kind and helpful, you can tell she truly cares!! My favorite teller for sure you’ve got a good one on your hands.
Ruby the manager treatened to cancel my account and that they didn't need my kind of business there. All I wanted to know was why my card kept getting denied at Walmart. It eventually went through. I've been having all sorts of problems with my debt card and all they do is give you the 1-800 number. Never any real answers and you can tell a bank is tanking. I see them being bought out soon. The ATMs are always down also.
Had an awesome experience at Chisholm recently working with their Mortgage Officer Kirsten. She was prompt and had answers to all of my questions. It was clear she loves what she does and is great at it. 10/10 would recommend coming to WSCU with any financial needs!
