Looking at the picture you can see it is not an easy boiler to repair. I called Thumbs Up Plumbing on Saturday night and Sean was here on Monday. Outstanding service and a great personal attention to detail. Also, a very nice and honest person. I have already scheduled them for future service. Thank you Sean!!!
More like two thumbs up! Repair of an out-of-level water heater revealed a broken part (though still under warrantee). It was fixed and hot water restored as quickly as could be--many thanks!
The shower wouldn’t shut off and the drain was leaking into the basement! The whole thing was a hot mess! Sean was at the house within an hour of calling. Very pleasant and knowledgeable! He fixed the shower handle shut off, installed an access panel and fixed the drain which was not installed correctly by the remodel company. It was not an easy fixed but Sean and Shaq cut it out and properly installed a new drain. Excellent plumbing company! Would not hesitate to hire them in the future!!!

Sean was excellent. Replaced toilet and installed it same day. Price felt a bit high even though 2 year warranty. Still felt a bit high. I do like doing business with Shaq and thumbs up plumbing.
