I’m sorry to say, it wasn’t that great. Maybe an off day because the husband and wife team were doing separate events? The brisket was bone dry and so was the chicken. The chicken was already precooked and sliced (just happened to walk out there to get more sauce and saw her with a ziplock bag full of it.). That said, the bbq sauce and mustard sauce were delicious! Corn salad was really good, too.
Popped up at Pure Project! After a long hike, we grabbed a beer from Pure Project and sat at the picnic tables outside. We ordered a pub sausage for my 8 year old, bbq nachos (with pulled pork) for us, and my 12 year old ordered rib tips with baked beans and Mac n Cheese. Great atmosphere: great, friendly service & great food.
