I will not be going back here ever. I had to wait for her to open the door when I first arrived. Then when I stepped in the office, there were no menu to see the prices and I did not see any on the website. As soon as she sat me in her chair, she began to talk nonstop. I only wanted the hair on my neck under my face waxed and I asked what was the price she told me $65. I thought that was nuts compared to other places. I arrived at 11:45. I came in very last minute and she was able to see me right away and give me 3 services. The shop is clean and she cleaned as she went through my services. She is so easy to talk to and the ambience of her business is just inviting and nice. The services I got were a Brazilian, armpit wax, and eyebrow wax. My Brazilian was spotless, my armpits were spotless, and my eyebrows looked so good and their natural shape were enhanced. Overall 10 out of 10 services and the music was a plus
I’ve been going to Thumb’s for over four years, and I can honestly say every single visit has been amazing! All of the ladies there are incredibly professional, friendly, and make you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. They do an excellent job with Brazilian waxing and eyebrows. I highly recommend Thumb’s to anyone in the area looking for quality service and a welcoming atmosphere!
