I highly recommend Thumb Family Vision for the whole family! My daughter’s pediatrician recommended having my daughter get her vision checked. Dr. Lounsbury was fantastic with my nervous 5 year old. She was both professional and personable. Dr. Lounsbury made my little one feel comfortable and leave the appointment with a smile. With my own optical needs she has always worked with me to ensure my contacts and glasses are meeting my needs. The level of service is worth the drive!
Dr. Lounsbury is caring, skilled and patient. The up to date equipment is a must for monitoring eye health. The dry eye treatment was a life changer for me. She also has a huge inventory of cool frames. Makes it difficult to choose, so many options. I highly recommend Dr. Lounsbury for you and your families eye care needs.
Horrible experience. I made sure my insurance was accepted there. And she assured me it was. Until after I got the exam and picked out glasses. Now I’m not going to have my glasses for the trip that I made sure I asked would be available in time. I got stuck with a $150 bill, that I shouldn’t have to pay; for the mistake they made. My insurance would have cover if in network, she said my insurance would be covered. Very horrible way to do business. Sickening
