Best company great people
We've had TEC since we bought our house in 2018. Recently got Fiber Internet. Speed is amazing for our gaming Son! No issues at all. Everyone was amazing to work with and once ours was ready, it was fast and easy! Great job TEC!!
I have had Thumb Electric for many, many years. The electrical service has been beyond great. The office people have ALWAYS treated me in a friendly and helpful manner. I can count electrical outages on one hand, and any outage has been for a very short period of time. I did have a transformer go bad in the middle of the night about two years ago, and TEC had a truck in my drive within a half hour. customer service is horrific...i am happy with my internet service...i am very unhappy how it is supported...their listening skills and policy issues need to be addressed...i was advised today that it is not standard policy to provide a receipt for a payment unless a receipt is requested...previously, i had received receipts for my payment... caro is much closer than ubly...however, customer service is not available at the caro office... yesterday i was speaking to a manager who obviously was not listening to what i was tryi... read more
