INTERNET DOWN! Again. Currently the internet is down, it is on TEC’s side, no status on website or app, and the phone support is concurrently down as well. I spoke to an admin about 9 months ago during another internet outage also stating that their phone systems go out when the internet goes down, to which he replied, “impossible, the systems are separate.” Well then explain to me why both have simultaneously gone down 4 times over the last year Einstein. The internet often foes out and even when you reset the router it doesnt help. It still goes out or doesnt load anything. Paying a lot for the internet not to work.
