Charles took great care to make sure the A/C unit was completely checked and double checked and restored to an efficient level of performance. He was a pleasure to work with and we were very satisfied.
Thumb Cooling and Heating spent ALOT of time with us trying to figure out a solution to our problem with a frigid basement and hot upper level. We called multiple times and they gave some suggestions and when we exhausted those, Brad the service manager and a service tech came to brainstorm the best solution that wouldn’t cost us a ton of money.
