The best service from a fireplace business in Prescott and PV. We had three other fireplace businesses to come to our home to fix two fireplaces. Their analysis was that out fireplaces needed to be replaced and there were no replacement parts since they were 12 years old. This did not sit well with us, so we called one more business and we got lucky! Thumb Butte sent their technician and within an hour he fixed both fireplaces for $200.
