I bought a Springdale by Keystone trailer from Rodney. When I came to pick the trailer up, I didn't have the right size ball for hauling. They loaned me a hitch to get my trailer home. The trailer didn't have the keys for the main door and cargo doors. They had a new set of locks for me to install when I dropped off the trailer hitch that they loaned me. I'll be back to buy again.
