If not the most comfortable experience buying a used car, very close to it. Thumb Auto & RV is about 70 miles from me, beautiful dealership. The truck was even better than Joe (Salesman) described! Printed CARFAX report. And most importantly the laid-back atmosphere! Everyone was so helpful, honest and patient. I would definitely buy from them again!!!
Yet again bill dosnt miss a beat. Bought vehical once from them before. Had horrific accident and lost my vehical but no worry bill was there to help me out again. I will continue to come and get vehicals from bill. He's honest he's kind very respectful. And he goes above and beyond to help you and get things done. Solid 5 stars! Amazing staff! They make looking for a vehicle easy from start to finish. They are all so nice and helpful. Not pushy like most car dealerships. Very personable. We've bought 3 cars from them over the years. Highly recommend!!
