Brought my mom here today, what a great place! So clean and cozy yet professional and classy. Dr. Behnke greeted us kindly and took mom a few minutes early. She is very patient and connects immediately to her patients (and their Sherpas, lol.) This is the place I would come to for my hearing needs! Tom Ellis, M.D.
Dr Behnke literally changed my life. Im one of the worst procrastinators. I was embarrassed I waited so long to have my hearing checked. She put me at ease right off the bat. Wasn't comfortable with the first set of aids & she happily exchanged them for ones that work better for me. I can hear my grandson..my neighbor's from across the street & my husband's breathing.. if your having trouble hearing I recommend Thumb Audiology.. you'll be shocked at what you're missing! Dr Behnke was outstanding to me. So caring. So compassionate. She was so thorough with her examination, took time to listen to my concerns, provided with options for treatment as well as a great education. Finally found someone who would not only listen to me with feeling rushed out the door but also came up with immediate treatment options for me! I greatly appreciate her time and expertise and would highly recommend her. Thank you so much!
