From start to finish my visit was exceptional! The receptionist Nancy was so kind and understanding and went above and beyond to help me out when I was visiting from out of state and had forgotten my hearing aid charger. Dr. Behnke was so helpful with taking the time to do a quick test to calibrate a loaner set of aids so I could hear for the few days I was in town. Stefanie takes the time to walk you thru options, answer questions, and dial in your specific needs. I drive over three hours to see her -- and will continue to do so.
