I bought a second-hand Thule Glide 2 off Marketplace and wanted to have a safety inspection / service done before putting my little one in it for the first time. Terrence did a great job checking everything and making adjustments. Now I feel confident taking my baby on a run with me, knowing the stroller is working as expected. Also, Terrence showed a genuine interest in what he does and was very kind. It was a great experience!
Possibly the best service I've ever received at any retail store, anywhere! They really go above and beyond to make sure your problem is completely solved -- even calling competitor stores to track down parts. UPDATE: got a rooftop tent here, and they were so helpful in getting it installed and showing me how to use it!
I had an incredible experience at Thule in West Vancouver! The team here is super friendly and welcoming—seriously some of the nicest guys around. They went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, and the service was unbelievably fast. I was in and out in no time, with everything perfectly installed and ready to go. They are very, very helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I can’t recommend them enough—if you need anything Thule, this is definitely the place to go!
We just got the Thule Bexey dog bike carrier and are so excited to use it. The service setting it up was amazing Terence and Ishu were so helpful in getting us ready to ride.
