Terence helped me for over an hour figuring out my Thule awning with no charge. Probably the best customer service I have ever received.
The Thule store in West Van knows how to care for it's customers. I went in with an issue and Terence immediately went above and beyond to help me out (he even helped me reverse out a tricky parking situation when leaving). I'm very grateful for his knowledge, grace and care. I will definitely be going back in the future!
I contacted the store about possible repairs on my rooftop tent after I accidentally scraped it at a low-clearance underground parking. I got connected with Terence who immediately offered to help and very generously gave his time to assess the damage and recommend solutions. He not only saved my rooftop tent and my money but he even helped patch the damage up.
