Such a great experience at Thule dealing with Terence! On my first visit, I grabbed a crash tested dog harness for my husky and 70L Landmark bag. Upon returning to purchase a second harness, they were sold out — Terrence ordered it immediately and it arrived at my door in Winnipeg within 24hr. Everything we purchased from Thule has worked wonders! Highly recommend. Thanks again Terence!
There is a reason everyone is saying the same things about this Thule store - it’s completely true!! I called up and spoke to Terrance about a ski rack that I needed to mount on Evo wing bars. He had me send him a photo over text and within minutes identified the exact T-bolts I needed AND already set them aside at the counter for me! I stopped by the store and he personally came out to help me mount them up on the car. After some more good advice about how to best rack up my skis, he wouldn’t even take any payment! Fantastic Thule products store in Park Royal! The service is exceptional, the manager Terrence and the sales associates Ravin and Lucas helped me with the backpack choice (they have a lot of variety) and the best way is to come in and try. Super happy with the purchase!
