Amazing service! I came in thinking I needed a brand-new rack because mine seemed to be at the end of its life. After showing me some new options, they asked about the issue with my current one and quickly diagnosed that it just needed a simple adjustment. They went out back, disassembled it, tightened the main pivot bolt, and now it feels like new again. I’ve always been a loyal Thule customer, and experiences like this remind me why. Outstanding service!
