Terrence and Leo were incredibly helpful - I lost the key for my Thule bike rack and they helped find a solution my switching out the locks so I didn't have to wait a week for the replacement key to arrive. Can't recommend them enough!
I had the most incredible customer service at this location. Terrance (sp?) and his team put so much time and effort into repairing my stroller. It is working like new! They even offered up a loaner stroller to use while they were working on mine. They spent so much time working on the stroller, explaining me what had happened and how to properly avoid the issue in the future. Cannot recommend this location and Thule enough!
Had a problem unlocking the arm on my easy fold XT two rack someone said give Thule a call in North Vancouver. I spoke to Terrance there who patiently listened to my story and said take your rack out to the store and see what they can do. they worked on it for over an hour. Leo was absolutely incredible. The people who work at this store are fantastic, especially Riv who went above and beyond to help me fix my Thule tires after driving over thorns. Definitely 5 star service
