We needed help with a small tool for my bike rack. The manager, Terence, told us to just swing by the store and we could borrow their tool. Not only was the tool waiting for us when we got there but Leo, one of the employees, went out of his way to help us get the problem solved. Fantastic service - we'd give them more stars if we could!!

Wow, what service! We are not even customers of this store and we were stuck out at a campsite and reached out to the Vancouver store team for Assistance with a Thule product. We were in the middle of Yellowstone Park and the store manager took time to walk us through how to operate an awning using FaceTime and even researched a video clip to help us. How amazing is that? Guarantee that we will be stopping into this store when we are in Vancouver next. Thank you Vancouver Store Manager and Team!!!
Outstanding service at Thule Vancouver! At no charge, Terence, was able to remove our older model bike rack, which had rusted inside the hitch. He also volunteered to recycle it for us. We will be going back for a new one soon.
