We stayed at Thulanathi for 1 night last weekend. The location is beautiful. Driving through the gate along a windy road lined with trees and then seeing the property as you come around the corner is breathtaking. We were welcomed by Stephan- a warm and friendly hosts who is very knowledgeable about the area and the history of the property. He went through and made sure we knew how everything worked at Thulanathi. The hosts here are very kind and provided some wonderful little touches and extras, including a bottle of South African red wine. Thank you for your generosity Stephan & Karen. I’m sure we will be back because the house and gardens were quite simply, beautiful.
