I first contacted Thuja to replace the tracks on my cat 287B. At first, they were very responsive and came out to look at my machine. Nathan informed me there were multiple parts in need of repair and that he would order the needed items. I sent a payment of over $5000.00 and Nathan said he’d order the parts. After some time went by, I had not heard a word from anyone and no one had come to work on my equipment. I hired Thuja in early October of 2023 to repair my CAT 329 excavator and my Komatsu D65EX-12 dozer that had broken down on a jobsite in Greeneville, Tennessee. I paid them just under $20,000 in deposits for parts. It took them weeks to complete the work, much longer than they had said it would. The owner began hounding me for final payment of $6,500 just minutes after he had finished the work, with texts and phone calls.
