No longer a good or safe place to work. And if you are a committed and loyal employee, do not think that that will mean that you will be rewarded. The company is transitioning from one generation to the next and that automatically gives them a 20 to 25% chance of success, but because the sun has proven himself incompetence it has may be closer to a 15% if you are looking to have a successful career this place is unlikely to fulfill that goal for you

Please start covering your loads of gravel, sand and dirt! Many of your trucks on public roadways causing damage to others vehicles because your drivers are to lazy to cover their loads!

Bought a pickup truck from the Thueson family who are the owners of Thueson Construction. Total lemon! Has problems left and right, they don't know how to maintenance their vehicles or work on them clearly. They knew about the issues and lied to my face saying they didnt and tried to cover stuff up. Lots of rednecked stuff on the motor. If they do this with their smaller vehicles, makes me wonder how their large equipment is? I'd guess the same. Definitely don't use their business.
