Good service, I recommend doing the drop off, waiting can an hour plus.
I called to make an appointment but they said it's not busy so they're only taking walk-ins.I came in and they asked for my files and told me to sit and wait. No joke I waited for 2 hours,during which another gentleman came in and was told to drop off his file and come back later because the wait is long. When I was finally called up, the owner worked with me.I brought this up with her and she basically brushed it off.She said something to the effect of, well some people want to wait, some people want to drop off and come ba... read more
