Dr. Ly is truly the best doctor ever! Her bedside manner is amazing, and I feel so lucky to have her as my primary care physician. What makes her special is her incredible listening skills and her dedication to providing the best care possible. Dr. Ly is a bowl full of Awesome Sauce! She listens and collaborates with you regarding your health which don't find often with a doctor. She literally gives you all options in detail, so YOU can make an informed decision regarding your health. If you follow her orders, you will become healthier. She will also explain the insurance side of things to you as well, when applicable. My entire family sees her. Its hard to find a doctor who truly wants to help her patients to best of her abilities.
Trying to transfer from another Texas health location and being told it would be 7 weeks until I can get in to be seen. Terrible service and patience care just like the other Texas Health location in Allen.
