If I could give zero stars, I would. Upon arrival, the person at the reception area was hesitant to serve one of our party members who has special needs. They claimed they couldn’t provide a regular polish because the individual would move too much — which was not the case. We explained we were comfortable proceeding and were paying customers, but the receptionist remained dismissive and unaccommodating. The experience felt discriminatory and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. My party and I were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. One of the staff suggested that it was “better” to do gel instead of regular polish because of her constant movement, which came across as discriminatory and inappropriate. Been coming here for a while. I love how welcoming they are and plus the atmosphere is so relaxing, which I look forward to! Kelly always does an amazing job on my full set. Everyone here is wonderful and pays attention to detail. I will be back soon.
