If I could give zero stars, I would. Upon arrival, the person at the reception area was hesitant to serve one of our party members who has special needs. They claimed they couldn’t provide a regular polish because the individual would move too much — which was not the case. We explained we were comfortable proceeding and were paying customers, but the receptionist remained dismissive and unaccommodating. The experience felt discriminatory and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. My party and I were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. One of the staff suggested that it was “better” to do gel instead of regular polish because of her constant movement, which came across as discriminatory and inappropriate. I had a great experience here! Had great service. Very skilled in doing various designs. Will definitely be coming again.
