This company is promoting assisting children and the entire month or so that my child has been in the program they have done absolutely nothing for my child. They have nothing planned, no activities and frankly they are subjecting staff to uncomfortable situations which reflect poorly on them despite it not being their fault that they have nothing to do with the child during the time they are with them. DO NOT work for this agency and do not accept services from this agency. They are extremely disorganized and hostile to their workers. They use AI to write session notes and promote Medicaid fraud to their workers to falsify what their specialists do during sessions with children. They do not promote evidence based practices and this agency is a liability waiting to happen. I've had nothing but bad experiences with Thryve Teams.
