Like to give Big Thank You to Chad at Thruway Auto Clinic , while in Corner Brooke for Paradise Girls Ball Tournament, our car had loud screaming noise , every thing closed Sunday, not familiar with area drove around to see where auto shop were located . Seen garage door open Sunday , stopped and went in ,, Chad & wife were in doing paper work but closed. Said come back in Am tomorrow and they would check the car for me. I was recommended to Thruway through one of the competitors as they could not service our 2 wheel tow dolly. I spoke to Brian, he immediately told me to come right over, no promises he said but he'd try and look at our issue. I arrived, he came out and checked the issue and send Chad and Cayden (not sure on that name) right out, they inspected the dolly and fixed it on the spot, no charge they said. Regarding uHaul booking, picked up at this location. Do. Not. Trust. Them. Make sure your booking is accurate down to the comma, don't trust them if they say "it's fine, we will fix it after". After 6 calls to uHaul, booking still wrong. This location assured I would only be charged for what I used. Lies. Charged 3 days like my booking said (wrong), when only wanted 2 and only used 2. Charged for fuel overage when needle was exact same (I have photos). Overall was charged $75 above. So sick of uHaul I don't even want to figh... read more
