Called for literature on a Dcp booster pump system and was told to call a distributor. The distributor then emailed Thrush to receive the information we needed. Thrush then declined to help. They said the system was too old and the system had aftermarket parts so they refused to assist us. The only thing I learned is do not do business with this company because if your system is “too old” or someone’s made field repairs they won’t help you. They’ll tell you to replace the whole system.
