Been trying to view a commercial property for over 6 weeks and just keep getting fobbed off with excuses, if I was the owner of said property I'd be incredibly unhappy, how many potential tenants are this business missing? They dont reply to emails, they rarely answer their phone or return voicemails. I do not recommend.
We rented a property with Thrower Stone for 2 years and our experience was unfortunately ruined by an issue with black mold growth in an area of the property with no heating that was not addressed for several months. I've included an image of the problem I also shared with them. Upon initially reporting the issue, Thrower Stone took no action for several weeks. Worst place to go for commercial property.As took all my personal details and about to run credit check but right before doing they said another applicant is also interested in property.I even recieve head of terms from agent(Shanon) and happily agreed with all terms.But right before last step of credit check they went disappear and after keep chasing on phone and emails.Just got a chance n spoke to one of agent n she said sorry property is not available anymore.I was like what a joke do we have that much time to waste.What ... read more
