They do a great job
They cancelled our puppy’s (Louie) grooming appointment twice and remade it to another day without confirming with us. I guess it was convenient for them. I get it if you have to cancel because groomer did not show up to work but the deposit should be returned. We already paid half of the fee for the deposit. Crazy how a business changes your appointment time without confirming and they make you forfeit your deposit when you dont make it to the appointment.
